We are seeking a Quality Reviewer Administrator I to support our labs. Duties will include the following.Ensure that all documented customer expectations are translated into the Covance database to provide seamless servicesEnsure consistency in compliance to our standard procedures to members of the technical groups and technical teamMonitor and ensure resolution of all customer complaints, issues, and concernsSupport a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and productivityAct as a contributing core team member by participating in process improvement initiatives and liaising with study set up team membersResponsible for pursuing an understanding of technical services related to client specific requestsManage and solve technical changes, issues, and concerns of varied complexity work with little to no guidance, but requires some guidance for complex work.Other Duties as assignedExperienceMinimum Required:2 years experience in a quality review environment, medical technology, or medical sciences experience, or 2 years experience with the clinical trial process or relevant experience in pharmaceutical industry.Strong planning, organizational, and problem solving skills.Demonstrated high degree of initiative and ability to work collaboratively.Ability to use computer applications (e.g. Windows, Word, Excel).Education/Qualifications/Certifications and LicensesMinimum Required:Bachelor Degree or Two (2) year associate degree (or equivalent) and two (2) years of equivalentCovance CLS (or equivalent industry) experience or four (4) years relevant Covance CLS (orequivalent industry) experience.Dealing with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and documents which may require Chinese proficiencyPreferred:Bachelor Science degree, MT (or equivalent) with one (1) year clinical laboratory experience, orBS science (or equivalent) with two (2) years clinical laboratory experience, or an AS, MLT (orequivalent) with three (3) years clinical laboratory experienceLabcorp is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer:As an EOE/AA employer, Labcorp strives for diversity and inclusion in the workforce and does not tolerate harassment or discrimination of any kind.
