Job Description

This is an entry level professional quality position with QA/QC responsibilities, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the quality of our products/services throughout the entire lifecycle. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify quality issues, develop and implement quality improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations. Your role will be essential in delivering products that meet customer expectations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and optimizing overall business performance. Job Responsibilities : Quality Assurance:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Conduct audits and assessments to identify potential areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with production/development teams to establish quality standards and ensure adherence to them.
• Monitor product/service quality metrics, analyze data, and provide reports to management.
• Track, investigate, and resolve customer complaints and product issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions as needed.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential quality-related risks and develop risk mitigation plans.

Product/Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Implement statistical tools and quality methodologies to analyze and improve processes.
• Collaborate with R&D or engineering teams to introduce new products or implement product changes with quality in mind.

Quality Control:

• Perform inspections and tests during various stages of production to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Develop and maintain inspection procedures and inspection criteria.
• Work with procurement to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.

Other responsibilities:

• Supervise and train junior lab technicians and interns where applicable.
• Provide formal reporting on plant performance and issues.
• Lead efforts to ensure good 5S in the laboratory to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
• Ad-hoc duties/assignments by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemistry or related field with strong Chemistry component of three years of experience.
• Proven experience in quality engineering or quality assurance roles.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, methodologies, and tools
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of problem-solving skills; Organized, Quality / Meticulous.
• Team player with strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills that can complete tasks with proper time management.
• Must be able to commit for 1 year

• company transport provided from various MRT location: Boon Lay, Jurong East, Chuo Chu Kang, Outram Park and Bedok MRT

Job Types: Contract, Full-time
Contract length: 12 months Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Yearly bonus
