Reporting to the Singapore QARA Lead, the Quality Systems Specialist - Distribution Quality is an experienced Quality professional, who will be responsible for the Quality Compliance of the Singapore Distribution Centre Operation, operated by DHL. A Day in the Life This role will be supporting the operation in conjunction with the Medtronic Operations team, with a focus on compliance of the various processes, issue management, solutions, and improvement initiatives Operational Quality support of all distribution-related processes (warehousing storage and handling, value-added services, spine loaner, transportation). Within the scope of the above areas: Leading and supporting CAPA and Root Cause Analysis Leading Singapore Distribution Quality improvement projects Occasional support of calibration and qualification activities Effective stakeholder engagement & influencing. Process data monitoring and analysis, as input to improvement activities. Leading Singapore Quality Culture Program in Distribution Centre Performs duties in compliance with Quality System, environmental, health and safety related site rules, policies or governmental regulations. All other duties as assigned. Travel requirement: Less than 10% Must Haves Tertiary Qualifications at degree level in Engineering, Science, Healthcare or equivalent Min 3+ years of experience in a Quality role in Healthcare / Lifesciences Your Profile: Strong knowledge of Quality Management System principles (ISO 9001, ISO 13485 or similar) Project Management Experience.
