Responsibilities

• Handle the quality issues related to Stamping process for internal, external, sub-con, suppliers and other Molex entities
• Assist Engineer to verify the non-conformance complaints and provide the disposition to the affected lots within the time frames.
• Perform failure analysis for the customer complaint lots with support engineer to provide the analysis report.
• Involve in the COPQ group discussion and assist engineer to follow up on the quality issues related to Stamping process
