Job Description

• Quality Engineer for the customer complaint management process
• Receive return units from warehouse and update into the master list
• Managing the customer complaints database such as entering the preliminary analysis data into the customer complaint database.
• Failure analysis testing on customer complaint returned units which includes Production Final Testing and other testing specifications such as Mechanical, EMC tests, visual inspection, IP test, shock sensitivity, etc
• To archive customer complaint documents and returned units
• Participate in the Product Improvement Meetings
• Support Quality inspection activities including calibration of QA equipment
• Conduct internal audits and support ISO 9001 external audits
