Responsibilities:

• To perform in-process and final visual and dimensional inspection on aircraft components.
• To inspect aircraft components and ensure conformance against the technical drawings, work instructions and specification requirements.
• To prepare Inspection Report
• Understand and interpret CMM, Blue light inspection reports
• Understand specifications involving inspection tolerances, limitations and procedures established by the manufacturer of the product being inspected
• To demonstrate personal commitment to safety requirements by complying to EH&S regulations and policies
• Support and participate in EH&S programs and activities within the company
• To participate in audits and inspections as and when required
• Support the Continuous Improvement programs within the company
• To perform responsibilities ethically at all times.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical/ Manufacturing / Quality Management
• Ability to pass a vision exam (Jaeger #1 test chart at not less than 12 inches) and a color blindness test.
• Ability to interpret and understand technical drawing
• Thoroughly familiar with various inspection methods, techniques, practices, aids, equipment\xe2\x80\x99s and tools used to determine the quality of airworthiness of a part
• Proficient in the use of various types of inspection equipment and visual inspection aids such as stylus, Vernier caliper, shadowgraph, GapGun etc.
• Meticulous with an eye for details and adopts a hands-on approach
• Acceptable communication and interpersonal skill and ability to communicate with all levels
• Must be willing to work any shift and able to support overtime when required
• Looking for Permanent Night Shift
