Responsibilities

Performs visual and dimensional inspection of incoming and outgoing aircraft component parts

Ensure parts are repaired according to the prescribed standards and procedures

Responsible for incoming/ initial, in-process and final inspection of repairable parts/ components channeled into the cell and through the repair process to ensure conformance to related documents and required repairs

Have available and understand current specifications involving inspection tolerances, limitations, and procedures established by the manufacturer of the product being inspected and with other forms of information

Responsible for conducting the inspection in accordance with Regulatory approved technical data

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Quality Management

Minimum 1-year working experience

Acceptable communication and interpersonal skill and ability to communicate with all levels

Good understanding of technical drawing

Familiar with the relevant airworthiness and regulatory agencies requirements

Thoroughly familiar with all inspection methods, techniques, practices, aids, equipment\xe2\x80\x99s and tools used to determine the quality of airworthiness of a part

Proficient in the use of various types of inspection equipment and visual inspection aids

Meticulous with an eye for details and adopts a hands-on approach
