Garda Capital Partners (Garda) is a multi-billion dollar alternative investment firm with over 18 years of experience deploying relative value strategies across fixed income markets for institutional investors. Garda has offices in Wayzata, New York City, West Palm Beach, Geneva, Copenhagen, and Singapore. Garda is looking for a Quantitative Analyst in its Research and Technology (R&T) team based out of our Singapore office. As a quantitative analyst, you will assist a growing team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the analytics, systems and tools that support our trading activities. Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

• Designing, developing and improving quantitative models / pricing libraries using C# for fixed income trading
• Developing end to end solutions for our portfolio management team using C#, Excel / Excel VBA and SQL
• Build and monitor operational processes in support of daily activities
• Diagnose and fix issues with trading desk systems (Bloomberg, Tradeweb, other vendor and proprietary systems)

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics or Finance
• 2+ years of object oriented development preferably using C# and Microsoft.Net
• 2+ years of fixed income and fixed income derivatives
• Extensive working knowledge of Excel / Excel VBA and SQL
• Detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Critical thinking, strong attention to detail and independent problem solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a high-energy, time sensitive team environment

• Prior experience at a buy side firm is a strong differentiator
• Experience with Python
