Job Description

Responsibilities:

System & Algorithm Development:

Build and maintain low-latency, high-throughput trading systems and execution algorithms for both centralized crypto exchanges and decentralized on-chain protocols. Includes developing real-time market data pipelines and order management systems.

Strategy Implementation:

Work closely with quantitative researchers and traders to translate complex mathematical models and trading logic into scalable, production-ready code.

Blockchain & Smart Contract Integration:

Develop and deploy smart contracts, and build robust connectivity to various on-chain protocols and decentralized finance (DeFi) platforms. Involves integrating with exchange APIs and decentralized oracles.

Performance Optimization:

Continuously optimize system performance through profiling, tuning, and architectural improvements to ensure high efficiency and reliability in fast-paced trading environments.

Risk Management:

Develop and maintain risk management systems and reconciliation tools to ensure the integrity and security of trading operations and protect against vulnerabilities.

Research & Innovation:

Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in web3 technologies, including layer-2 solutions, new protocols, and decentralized applications, and bring new ideas to the team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field of study (computer science, mathematics, physics) or a related discipline. Strong proficiency in languages like

Python, Rust, C++, and TypeScript

. Solid understanding of financial markets, instruments, and quantitative concepts like algorithmic trading, portfolio optimization, and risk management. Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals, consensus mechanisms, and DeFi protocols. Experience with smart contract development (using Solidity or Vyper), and a working knowledge of web3 libraries like Web3.js or Ethers.js will be ideal. * Experience with real-time data processing, developing data pipelines, and database management. The ability to architect and build high-throughput, end-to-end systems is a must.
