.requests for proposals to understand project details and requirements Reviews and interprets engineering documentation such as drawings / specifications / scope of works to fully understand the project requirements for detailed and accurate estimating Provides detailed and accurate quantity and component take-offs against the technical drawings, specifications and scope of work documentation Works within the site Team, reporting to the manager Coordinates with other project team for monthly progress claim and following up varaition works. Cooordinates with project team in order to monitor budget Maintains Company Pricing Databases. Preparation the shop drawing (2D, 3D & BIM), submission and liaising with main con / consultant for approval. Following up the documents submission, material submission and approval. Preparation material schedule, material cutting schedule and coordination production team. Monthly Claim and Invoice prepare
