Taking-off quantities for subcontract trade packages.
Sourcing materials and getting quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
Prepare cost comparisons and award of subcontractors.
Monthly certification of payment to subcontractors including progress measurement, liaising with construction team, site visits.
Evaluation of variation claims from subcontractors.
Identify and support in variation claims to client.
Prepare final accounts for subcontract trade packages

Requirements:

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 2 years in quantity surveying experience on various civil projects
Able to work independently
