Job Description
$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: EastResponsibilities
- Assist in preparing cost estimates and tender documents for construction projects.
- Support in conducting cost analysis and providing accurate financial forecasts.
- Assist in tracking project budgets, monitoring expenses, and controlling costs.
- Collaborate with senior quantity surveyors to review and negotiate contracts.
- Aid in assessing and valuing work completed, managing payments, and maintaining records.
- Learn and apply procurement strategies and contract management techniques.
- Assist in identifying potential risks and opportunities for cost optimisation.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quantity surveying.
- NITEC /Degree /Diploma and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in relevant software and technology used in quantity surveying.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
