Responsibilities

Prepare and manage project cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for civil projects. Support tendering and bidding processes, including preparing cost estimates, pricing submissions, and tender documentation. Monitor project costs, variations, and contract compliance to ensure financial control. Review and assess subcontractor and supplier quotations, negotiate pricing, and manage claims. Conduct cost analysis, evaluate risks, and provide recommendations for cost optimization. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure financial and contractual alignment. Prepare reports, payment certifications, and other documentation for management and clients.

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in civil/construction projects.
