Job Description
- 5 days, 8:30 am - 6pm
- Salary: $3500 - $4500
- Bukit Timah
- Diploma /Degree in relevant field
- At least 2 years experience in related field
Job scope:
- Participate in external and internal meetings
- Support functions for project budget and cost control matters
- Perform material take off from drawings (if required)
- Sub-Contractor/ Vendor management including RFQ, tender evaluation, work order preparation, claim certifications, variations, retentions and final accounts
- Client management including performance bond, warranty, material breakdown/ SOR, payment claims, certifications, variations, retentions and final accounts
- Preparation of internal reports
- Any other adhoc tasks
