• Quantity Surveyor ( Yishun)

Requirements:

• must have experience in metal work / aluminum trade / facade & cladding / builders work environment

Job Scope:

• Carry out all aspects of works related to quantity surveying which includes taking off measurement and monthly progress claim price comparison and prepare subcontract agreement
• Cost estimation and payment response to subcontractor
• Call quotation and sub-contract procurement
• Handle and follow up progress claims, progress certifications, variation orders and settlement of final account with main contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers
• Source and evaluate quotations from sub-contractors and suppliers
• Attend meetings/ site meetings
• Work closely with teammates
• Handle pre and post contract administration
• Assist with evaluation of tender, analyze costings for tender submission and preparation of tender documents
• Perform cost planning and cost control
• Liaise with Project Manager / designated staff to valuate and certify completed work and arrange for payment
• Assist in verifying sub-contractor claims

2. Quantity Surveyor (Junior / Senior) ( Kranji)

Responsibilities:

• Handle full scope of QS duties which includes material take-off and variations.
• Provide estimating cost and implement Contract administration for renovation projects.
• Coordinate with project team for the cost estimation for any additional works.
• Ensure proper documentation of records concerning variation.
• Submit accurate cost and time implications to client.

Requirement:

• At least 1 year QS experience in construction industry
