Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/ Smart Monitoring SystemsPosition Title: Quantity SurveyorWorking Location: Ang Mo KioWorking Hours: 5 Days (Mon - Fri, 8AM - 5PM)Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance BonusDuration: PermanentResponsibilitiesEvaluate the technical aspects of projects, estimate the quantity of materials needed, and analyze costs.Get quotations from subcontractors and suppliers that meet the project\'s needs.Review and document comparisons of material types and prices from different suppliers.Examine architectural and electrical design drawings and make necessary corrections, using software like AutoCAD and Revit.Calculate the total electrical demand, including lighting and power consumption.Draft out the designs for electrical setups, including lighting layout, power layout, cable way layout, single line diagram and schematic diagram.Complete and fine-tune the final electrical designs ("As Built Drawings").Organize visits to the project site with subcontractors and the project team.Make sure construction quality on site matches the electrical design plans.Other necessary tasks as assigned.APPLY NOW!!Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.With knowledge in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software is required.Good understanding of electrical circuit and wiring.Preferably with 1-3 years\' relevant working experience.
