Job Description

- Position Title: Quantity Surveyor
- Working Location: Bedok
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 8.30AM - 5.30PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $4,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and assist in budgeting for construction projects.
- Administer and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Evaluate and analyze tender submissions to ensure alignment with project requirements and budget constraints.
- Monitor project costs and progress, providing forecasts and reports to ensure projects remain on budget.
- Conduct valuations and process contractor payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Identify and assess potential project risks, implementing measures to mitigate them.
- Work closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including contracts, change orders, and cost analysis reports.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or any relevant discipline
- Has a minimum of 1 year of experience in quantity surveying
