Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Construction
- Position Title: Quantity Surveyor
- Working Location: Bedok
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9.00am - 6.00pm)
- Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Source suppliers and subcontractors; obtain and evaluate tender quotations.
- Prepare cost comparisons and pricing summaries.
- Take-off measurements and prepare BOQs, tenders, and quotations.
- Review and evaluate subcontractor/supplier claims and invoices.
- Prepare monthly progress claims.
- Other tasks as assigned by Management.
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years' relevant experience in the construction industry.
