• Working Hours: 8.30am - 6pm (5.5 Working days)
• Salary up to $5,000 with AWS and Variable Bonus

Based in Singapore, this company excels in delivering high-quality engineering services and is committed to sustainability, shaping the future of infrastructure development in the region.They are seeking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. The ideal candidate for this role should be detail-oriented quantity surveyor who have the experience in building construction, skilled in tender preparation, contract management, and familiar with government regulations and procurement portals. • Prepare quantities of materials for procurement and tendering, as well as pre- and post-tender contract quantity surveys.
• Track subcontractor progress claims, variations, and manage project requirements to meet tender stipulations on time.
• Manage and evaluate progress claims for both project owners and subcontractors.
• Handle contract documentation, tender evaluation, and account finalization for main and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with site support teams to ensure subcontractor work aligns with contract specifications.
• Supervise pre-contract activities including tender briefings, pricing, and submission of tenders.

The Talent

• Diploma/degree in civil engineering or quantity surveying.
• Experience working on civil projects as the main contractor in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of government agencies, construction regulations, and portals like GeBIZ and Pegaxis.
• Minimum 2 years\' experience as a quantity surveyor or contracts executive in building construction.
• Strong understanding of contract administration, including tendering and budget management.
• Ability to liaise with project managers on budgeting, costing, and post-contract analysis.
