Quantity Surveyor (building Project)

Job Description
*5.5 days work week, Monday - Friday 8.30am - 6pm, Saturday 8.30am - 12pm
*Location: Punggol (Near MRT)
*Building Project
*1 year contract job and renewable
Our client is a MNC A1 main con company
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of tender documents and specifications for subcontractors
- Preparation of subcontract agreements, letter of award, work/purchase order etc
- Quantity measurement and preparation of progress claims and variation claims to Client and Consultants
- Evaluation of subcontractor\'s progress claims, variation claim and recommend to team Manager for the interim payment certificates until final account settlement
- Monitoring of subcontractors\' work progress and schedule
- Liaise with Clients, Consultants for QS and contract related issues
- Other duties as assigned
- Degree in Architectural or Civil / Structural Engineering
- Minimum 7 years of relevant site experience in Singapore building projects
- A good understanding of structural and architectural finishing works for building projects
- Well versed in PSSCOC
- Experience in a project for more than one hundred million dollars as a main contractor is mandatory
- Proficient in MS Office, Bluebeam & AutoCAD
- Location : Punggol (Near MRT)
- Project : Sports Centre
Working Hours Mon-Fri 8.30am - 6pm, Saturday 8.30am - 12pm
Salary From S$4,000.00 to S$5,000.00
