Qualifications:

Candidate must be a Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering.
At least 3 or more years of work experience in Cost Estimating, Material take-off, equipment utilization, and labor wages.
Familiar with different forms of contracts and of project planning.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs and AutoCAD.
Should be active English Communicator both verbal and written.
Must be resident in Cebu City.
