Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labor costs.
• Preparing, negotiating and analyzing costs for tenders and contracts, coordinating of work effort, advising on a range of legal and contractual issues. And lastly valuing completed work and arranging for payments
• Assist the designer in reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements
• Analyze costs for maintenance and additional building needs and then negotiate with contractors and subcontractors
• Maintain proper documentation for all tenders
• Sourcing of quotations and evaluate quotations received from suppliers and sub-contractors.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma / Bachelor\'s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience of three (3) years working as a Quantity Surveyor
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Team player & excellent initiative skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
