Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQ) for construction projects.
Manage contract documentation, tender submissions, and progress claims.
Assist in project budgeting, cost comparison, and negotiations with subcontractors.
Support the Project Manager in cost optimization, reporting, and compliance with international construction standards.
Responsible for taking off quantities and measurements from construction drawings.
Liaise with international stakeholders and suppliers as required.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction QS roles, preferably in overseas/international projects.
Strong proficiency in English is required; other language skills (specify if needed for business) are an advantage.
Familiarity with international QS standards and practices.
Able to travel/work on overseas assignments as needed.
