Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for construction projects.
Conduct cost analysis, risk assessments, and feasibility studies.
Manage contracts, variations, and progress claims to ensure cost control.
Evaluate and negotiate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
Monitor project expenditures and ensure alignment with financial planning.
Work closely with project managers, site teams, and clients to optimize costs.
Prepare detailed reports and maintain proper documentation.
Job Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost management.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Singapore's construction cost regulations and contract laws.
Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office.
