Join a furniture manufacturing and construction company as a Quantity Surveyor/Contracts Executive based in Mandai Estate. This is a full-time permanent position with a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30AM to 5:30PM. The role offers a competitive package that includes a basic salary,

What You'll Be Doing

Monitor and control project expenditures to keep within approved budgets. Oversee the entire project lifecycle from contract award through completion, including closing final accounts. Prepare procurement schedules and material lists in alignment with architectural requirements and project timelines. Source subcontractors, request and compare quotations, and draft subcontract agreements when needed. Track defects, document variation orders, and submit variation costs on a daily or weekly basis. Work with the Project Manager to manage monthly progress claims and finalize accounts. Review variation claims from subcontractors and ensure procedures are properly followed. Follow up on payment certificates for subcontractors and issue payment advice to clients as required. Manage progress claims, payments, variation orders, and project close-out activities. Handle other related duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

A Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a relevant discipline. At least two years of experience working as a Quantity Surveyor. Strong coordination and communication skills to work effectively with team members, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ability to work independently with solid knowledge of local standards and regulations.
