Job Description

• Singapore Based (Bedok)
• 5 Days work per week (9am to 6pm // Sometime Saturday need back to office depends on project)
• Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Contracts Management / Administration or a relevant discipline + Experience in CAD skill
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in quantity surveying works + Have class 3 license

Job Duties:Prepare project estimation, cost and breakdown for steel workPreparation and documentation of tender submission including attending tender briefings and/or presentationsMonitoring of ongoing project for VO and follow-up of progress claimsNegotiation and appointment of suppliers / vendorsEvaluate sub-contractors\' progress paymentsPrepare timely project reporting and cost controlAny other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.Require site inspection, survey.#SCR-vicky-wee\xe2\x9c\x85 Wee Yuan Huan
