Job Description

• Salary Range: $ 2500 to $ 3500
• Working hours: 5 Days | 9am - 6pm (Sometime Saturday need back to office depends on project)
• Location: Bedok North

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Contracts Management / Administration or a relevant discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in quantity surveying works
• Experience in CAD skill
• Have class 3 license

Job Scope

• Prepare project estimation, cost and breakdown for steel work
• Preparation and documentation of tender submission including attending tender briefings and / or presentations
• Monitoring of ongoing project for VO and follow-up of progress claims
• Negotiation and appointment of suppliers / vendors
• Evaluate sub-contractors\' progress payments
• Prepare timely project reporting and cost control
• Any other tasks as may be assigned from time to time
• Require site inspection, survey
