Job Description

Responsibilities:

Prepare, submit, and manage variation orders and cost claims. Identify and evaluate potential variation orders, providing detailed cost implications, supporting spreadsheets, and necessary subcontract documentation. Develop and implement innovative solutions and best practices for procurement and contract strategy. Generate and maintain project budgeting and costing reports to track financial performance. Manage all project-related correspondence with internal teams, external clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Support the Manager with a wide range of quantity surveying duties, including liaison with subcontractors, quantity measurement, and cost analysis.

Requirements:

Diploma or Advanced Certificate in Quantity Surveying or a related field. 1-2 years of quantity surveying experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in local tendering and estimation is a strong advantage. A self-motivated professional, capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in MS Excel and MS Word
