- Obtaining quotations from Suppliers & Sub-Contractor and Documents study and drawings measurement.
- Listing out or analyzing quotations from Suppliers & Sub-Contractor and Pre & Post Tender document compilation.
- Preparing Letter of Award to Supplier & Subcontractor.
- Understanding all the Terms & Conditions, and lead time from Subcontractor.
- Listing out all material to be procured.
- Preparing monthly progress claims to Consultant & evaluate Sub-Con. Claim.
- Preparing & Submit Variation Order claim to Consultant.
- Itemizing all the Variation Order or Omission costs for the project.
- You possess a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in electrical engineering or a similar field its equivalent
- You have 2 years relevant experience in the construction industry will be preferable.
- You have Excellent estimation and cost management experience
- You Should have experience in studying Auto CAD drawing, BOQ, contract, tender specification
- You should have Knowledge of how quantities are taken from drawing and knowledge of doing Rate Analysis.
- You Must have knowledge of Interior works and Electrical work.
