- Build strong relationships with sub-contractors, vendors, and suppliersStay Sharp
- Track market price trends to ensure accurate and competitive costingOwn the Process
- Manage all tender administration and procedures for ACMV/Electrical worksPlan with Purpose
- Strategize and control tender activities to meet tight deadlinesDefine the Details
- Scope work clearly and identify risks earlyGet it Right
- Prepare RFQs, review submissions, and ensure timely follow-upsMeasure Twice
- Perform accurate quantity take-offs from drawings and schedulesBring Clarity
- Compile price comparisons, costing summaries, and technical proposalsStay Agile
- Update submissions based on addendums/corrigendumsStay Organized
- Maintain clear, accessible tender documentationBe Present
- Attend site briefings, meetings, and post-tender interviews when requiredWhat We're Looking For

Hands-on supervisory experience in electrical/M&E, experience in BCA L6 / L5 graded Electrical Engineering
3+ years of experience
in the M&E construction industry Stronganalytical and detail-oriented mindset
