Quantity Surveyor Engineer ($3000 $3800/aws/vb)

Job Description
$3800 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: North
Responsibilities
- Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with architect and the client.
- Undertaking cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work.
- Assisting in establishing a client\xe2\x80\x99s requirements and cost control.
- Performing risk, value management and cost control.
- Advising on procurement strategy.
- Identifying, analyzing costings for fenders.
- Allocating work to subcontractors
- Check for the quality /progress with the help of project manager an confirm cost with sub-contracts in monthly basis.
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Quantity surveyor is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
