Job Highlights:

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible in quantity take-off and preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
• Responsible in cost estimating, quantity take off and claims preparation
• Assist in collating subcontractor's quotation and variation order work
• Assist QS manager in managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects.
• Strong interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying or its equivalent
• Minimum 2-5 years' relevant experience in building and construction industries.
