Job Description

As a part of business development team, you will be responsible for the work package which includes ACMV, Electrical, Fire Protection and others. You will assist the Contract Manager in preparing tendering documents for M&E projects. Please note that we are looking for Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation and Electrical Field related experience, not Building.

Responsibilities 1 Perform various Contracts and QS works, including pre-and-post-contract administration, timely processing of progress claims, final accounts, tendering and quotations.
2 Assist in the preparation of bill of quantities which involves quantity take-off, material sourcing, measuring and estimating materials and labour costing
3 Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work
4 Prepare costing for tenders
5 Prepare plans and documents for quotations to suppliers that will be used as basis for pricing
6 Obtains, compiles and evaluates quotations from the respective suppliers/vendors according to tender requirements
7 Understanding of Tenders with respect to scope of work, pricing schedule and non-material requirements
8 Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails

Skills Requirements 1 At least a Diploma/Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Quantity Surveying or related
2 At least 2 years of Project Tendering/Costing experience
3 Detailed and meticulous
4 Knowledge in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
5 Able to read & interpret project specifications/drawings
6 Able to work independently
