Responsibilities
Oversee all quantity surveying responsibilities throughout various stages of the project.
Conduct precise measurement and quantification of materials and scope of work based on drawings and specifications.
Source and coordinate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.
Prepare and assess progress claims and payment applications for subcontractors and suppliers.
Handle and document Variation Orders (VO) arising from design modifications or site instructions.
Prepare, review, and finalize project accounts, including settlement of Final Accounts with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Track and manage project costs to ensure adherence to budgetary goals.
Coordinate with project teams, clients, and consultants to address and resolve contractual and commercial matters.
