Responsibilities:
Manage project cost proposals, client enquiries, and tender submissions.
Carry out quantity take-offs, evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations, and prepare costing summaries.
Handle purchase orders, variation orders, progress claims, and settlement of accounts with clients.
Track deliveries and ensure timely coordination with suppliers and subcontractors.
Support budget planning, cost control, and maintain up-to-date pricing information.
Conduct site visits when required.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
5 years of relevant experience preferably in fit-out or interior design projects
Strong negotiation and analytical skills with good attention to detail
Proficient in using quantity surveying software and project management tools
A collaborative team player who is organised and motivated
