Responsibilities:
Prepare valuations for interim payments for sub-contractors and supplier including recommendations for payment.
Measure variation of cost claims.
Prepare progress claims on behalf of relevant parties.
Prepare final accounts and/or relevant pricing variations.
Responsible to oversee specific suppliers contract administration.
Taking off quantities for tenders or site projects.
Prepare periodic cost reports.
Place order for site procurement needs with designated suppliers.
Assist with site documentation.
Assist Director on other duties when required.
Company is mainly involved in architectural works.
Requirements:
At least Diploma in any construction related discipline.
Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experiences in construction industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, site measurement, and drawings.
Responsible individual with effective communication skills and an eye for details.
