Job Description
Quantity Surveyor (Junior/Senior Positions Available) \xe2\x80\xa2 A1 main contractor \xe2\x80\xa2 Tender/Project-based opportunities available \xe2\x80\xa2 Large scale buildings / infrastructure projects
Job Responsibilities:
- Check site monthly progress work done, do progress claim.
- Take charge variation order cost analysis, submit VO quotation.
- Carry out payment certificate for sub-contractor.
- Check sub-contractor VO quotation, compare & negotiate the price.
- Contact preliminary supplier, request quotation, confirm price and issue PO to supplier.
- Establish the Project cost estimation and control procedures
- Control of Monthly Progress Payment to the Client
Requirements:
- 2 - 3 years of QS experience in main contractor company handling large scale buildings/infrastructure projects
- Able to communicate effectively to liaise with client & sub-contractors
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Quantity Surveying, Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
