Job Description
- Preparation of Quantity Take-Off and Bill of Quantity.
- Undertaking Pre-Contract and Post-Contract Quantity Surveying.
- Liaising and negotiating with supplier’s quotations and then confirming Purchase Orders
- Preparation of Bills and Schedules of Quantities of Materials.
- Quantity take-off for components and civil works.
- Assisting in the preparation of Variation Orders, mark-up drawings & progress reports.
- Software version: AutoCAD 2021(preferrable)
- 5ys experience & structural background preferrable .
- Starting date will be ASAP
- Work Timing : 8am to 6:30pm
- Work Days : 6days ( Mon to Sat), Rest day: Sunday
- Location of Project : Jurong Island
