Job Description
Job duties:
- Preparing tender documentation
- Attending project meeting, negotiation, and client
- Processing claims and contractual payment
- Estimating & preparing cost and submission of variation to client
- Administrating final account and familiar with REDAS and SIA
- Familiar with SOP act & Contract administration
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Survey or relevant
- 3 to 5 years Quantity Surveyor experience in construction industry
