Quantity Surveyor Manager/ MNC -PERM Position

• Client: MNC, A1 Main Contractor.
• Salary: $10- $13K, Negotiable Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability.
• Staff Benefits: Year-End Bonus + VB, 17 days annual leave with Medical & Dental Care
• Location: Central Town Area., near MRT

IMPORTANT NOTE: Must have a Min of 10 -15 years of Singapore construction industry experience. Employer Will NOT Sponsor ANY form of Work Passes. Non-negotiable. ** Strictly NO Quota for Any Work Passes.

Requirements: * Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field discipline

• Minimum 15 years of construction experience
• 10 -15 years of Singapore main contractor construction industry experience.
• Involve from pre-contract stage to post-contract stage
• Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite
• Able to analyze financial records and apply data to improve results
• Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports
• Experienced in compiling and following strict budgets; strong estimating and financial analysis skills/knowledge
• In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry
• Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
• Prefer candidates with experience in Building Construction Project

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare Extension of Time and prolongation cost claims with the aid of external consultants
• Involve and advise requests for equitable adjustment, contract disputes, and contract claims with clients/consultants and subcontractors with the aid of external consultants
• Consolidate the report to the management on defense against claims, disputes or conflicts, and contractual non-compliance issues during monthly reporting
• To check and ensure timely upstream claims to clients are maximized to the company\xe2\x80\x99s interest including variation order
• To report any major contractual status, arise after discussion with project sites
• Update any changes in the project budget
• To ensure accurate and timely payment responses are certified to the subcontractor\'s monthly claim
• To prepare cash flow reports and 3 months rolling project claims status monthly.
