Job Description
$5500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: East
Responsibilities
- Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work
- Liaise and source for supplier/ subcontractor\xe2\x80\x99s quotations based on Tender\xe2\x80\x99s specifications
- Preparing documents for Tenders with respect to scope of work, pricing schedule and any necessary documents
- Submission of Tender bidding upon approval from the Directors
- Upon finalization of the contract, negotiate with subcontractor on the prices based on the awarded contract price and schedule
- Prepare subcontract documents based on the awarded contract requirements
- Arrange with subcontractor to sign contract documents
- Verify all subcontractors\xe2\x80\x99 bills against control document on a monthly basis as and when required by Accounts department
- Degree in quantity surveying/ cost engineering/ building/ contracts management/ contracts administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Quantity Surveyor is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
