Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible to:

Responsible for quantity take-off, cost estimations, and Bill of Quantities for Mechanical and Electrical Services & projects Assist Engineers for, variation orders, final accounts, and any other contract administration works assigned. Familiarize yourself with our clients variation processes and execute preparing and documentation. (e.g. different clients have their own software systems) Source quotation and negotiate with contractors/suppliers Demonstrate effective communication skills Build up and update regularly M&E Services costs data storage for references

Key Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Quantity surveying / Mechanical engineering or construction related field Minimum 3 years of related working experience / Project tendering from a local main contractor. Familiarity with codes of practice, contract administration processes, cost estimating, relevant regulations and a working knowledge of authority submission and approval procedures. Competent user of relevant QS software. Able to demonstrate proficiency and competency in a project QS function Independent and able to interact and work with colleagues and member of other consultants at various levels. A team, client and delivery focused working style.
