Job Summary: The Quantity Surveyor manages and analyzes all cost-related aspects of a project. He/she monitors the project to ensure budgetary concerns are accommodated in completing the project. He/she negotiates with suppliers and contractors and proposes suitable courses of action to reduce the overall cost of a project.Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manages the bidding process including the Pre-Bid Meeting, Site Inspection, Clarification Meeting, and Preparation of the technical and commercial proposal with a summary of qualifications.
• Review building, construction, or architectural plans and prepare quantity needs and cost of materials.
• Handles the Awarded Process primarily the validation of glass and aluminum cutting list.
• Gather data from the operation's department and quantification to verify the progress of accomplishments of the project.
• Prepare the variation order (tabulation) e.g., reconciliation.
• Prepare the tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other relevant documents to be presented to the clients.
• Create cost control, cost-benefit analysis, and risk analysis evaluations.
• Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Perform any tasks that may be given from time to time by the department head.

Qualifications: Education & Training:

• Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering
• Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage

Work Experience:

• At least 6 months to 1 year of working experience in quality engineering and quality assurance
• Has work experience in aluminum structures, architecture, and production processes.
• Ability to use measuring devices like gauges, meters, calipers, and computers.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From Php15,000.00 per monthSchedule:

• 8 hour shift

• 13th month salary

• Mexico, Pampanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
