Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies for MEP projects. * Review design drawings and tender documents to determine material quantities. * Recommend cost-saving options through value engineering. * Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and tender documents. * Review and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers. * Handle project correspondence, variations, and change orders. * Ensure compliance with contract terms, budgets, and schedules.
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or Construction Management. * Strong numerical and analytical skills with proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP. * Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work effectively under tight deadlines. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
