Responsibilities

  • Conduct measurement and quantity take-offs to support tender submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements. * Provide cost evaluation and recommend suitable contract awards to management. * Attend site, client, and consultant meetings to facilitate smooth project progress and resolve contractual matters. * Support the Project Manager in handling procurement, contract administration, and cost control. * Prepare and manage interim valuations, variation orders, final accounts, and cash flow forecasts. * Review, verify, and certify subcontractors' and suppliers' claims and issue payment certificates. * Submit timely progress claims to project owners and follow up on certification. * Draft, review, and negotiate contract terms as necessary. * Source quotations, prepare tender documents, and conduct detailed tender analysis. * Coordinate tender clarifications and represent the company during interviews and negotiations.
Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or equivalent field. * At least 5 years of working experience in the construction sector. * Hands-on exposure to both pre- and post-contract management, with HDB BTO project experience highly preferred. * Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. * Proactive, meticulous, and capable of handling tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
