Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Source for quotation for materials and services
- Preparation of subcontractor\xe2\x80\x99s/ supplier\xe2\x80\x99s procurement, agreements and payments
- Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
- Cost planning, estimations, and measurement of quantities
- Responsible for claims, variation orders, budget & cost control
- Prepare settlement of final accounts
- Maintenance of project documentations and to manage Contracts administration
- Handling of issues including extension of time, terms and condition, loss and expenses claim
Requirements :
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Min 3 years of relevant experience. Experience in civil/ building projects preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
