Job Description
* Prepare the tender project's bill of quantities, tender document, and cost comparison. * Source and negotiate price with suppliers and sub-contractors for tendering. * Prep Prepare the tender project's bill of quantities, tender document, and cost comparison. Source and negotiate price with suppliers and sub-contractors for tendering. Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client. Liaise with the site in charge and support for the purchase of material, equipment, and other site requirements. Interim progress claim and variation orders for value subcontractors. Provide support in any other adhoc tasks as assigned from GM from time to time. Job Requirements Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience in quantity surveying especially in bored piles for construction firms. Experience in procurement with good negotiation and communication skills.
