Job Description


Our client, a well-known M&E contractor in the construction industry, is looking for talent as a Quantity Surveyor - Post-contract/Project (Electrical).Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of contract and negotiation with sub-contractors
  • Quantity surveying duties like:
  • Variation works
  • Preparation of Letter of Award
  • Preparation of payment claims
  • Issuing payment response and
  • Any other works as and when assigned
Requirements:
  • Must possess at least a Diploma in construction related field
  • Those with a Diploma or Degree in electrical engineering will be an added advantage
  • At least 2 to 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 of hands-on working experience and proven track record
  • Preferably with relevant work experience in the construction industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with high level of professionalism & integrity
