Job Description
Our client, a well-known M&E contractor in the construction industry, is looking for talent as a Quantity Surveyor - Pre-contract/Tender (Electrical).Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation of tender submission
- Responsible for measurement of quantities & cost estimation
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors to get proposals/quotations and carry out evaluation
- Timely preparation of Bills of Quantities, technical data & unit rate
- Liaise, communicate and work with sub-contractors/vendors/suppliers
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- At least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Quantity Surveying
- Preferably with relevant work experience in the construction industry
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with high level of professionalism & integrity
- A good team player
- Candidates with more years of relevant working experience will be considered for Senior position
