Primarily responsible for office-based Procurement tasks, providing support QS works on-site as required.

Conducting procurement activities such as sourcing, evaluating and negotiating quotations, and subcontracting.

Coordinating with the procurement departments of all regional offices and supporting overseas procurement activities.

Short term support site management on site (if they have an engineering background).

Requirements:

A degree or higher in Building / Quantity Surveying / Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in the building and construction industries.
(Both QS or Engineer backgrounds are acceptable, with preference given to those with site experience)

Motivated individuals with strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
